Coz there have chase that complaints are heard and delt with effectively. Dont blame the president for being too clever.. That non of you can out knowlegde him. Uganda needs that clever president. ReplyDeleteNo doubt museveni has played his role as a leader but what bothers as we youth it's because of the economy which is in the bad state and not only that high cost of leaving both in urban centers and rural areas and in rural it's different if he can tackle on that then he is free to rule,MP's,government ministers, RDC,they are too many for the developing country like uganda
